Cushman & Wakefield, via C&W Services, is seeking a seasoned RME Planner/CMMS Administrator to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare parts using Infor EAM at our Merrillville location. You will develop PM plans, maintain equipment metadata, manage work orders, and train end users.

Competenze

• 2-year Associate degree in Business Admin, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3+ years of related maintenance, distribution, or manufacturing experience.
• 4+ years with enterprise asset management software; Infor EAM ASE preferred.
• Experience communicating with peers, hourly associates, and senior management on maintenance and cost control.
• Self-driven, organized, able to work in a fast-paced team.

Mansioni

• Measure and publish facility PI metrics for management; interpret data and make recommendations.
• Maintain equipment metadata in EAM; label/barcode equipment and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain WO data: add equipment to PM plans, schedules, and work packages.
• Develop and maintain PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages.
• Support scheduling, updating and closure of work orders.
• Maintain spare parts metadata: supplier, catalog, min/max, pricing.
• Drive materials management: generate POs/receipts, 5S, cycle counts.
• Collaborate with teams to reduce costs and improve parts quality.
• Train end users and new EAM Administrators; escalate issues as needed.
