Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced RME Planner to oversee CMMS/Infor EAM assets, maintenance planning, and parts inventory at our Hollister location. The role includes data-driven improvements, PM planning, and end-user training to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields.
• 4+ years’ working experience with enterprise asset management software.
• 2+ years’ data analysis experience in facilities maintenance, asset management and spare part optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory using Infor EAM.
• Develop and maintain PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages.
• Schedule and manage work orders ensuring proper creation, planning, update and closure.
• Coach staff on CMMS best practices and provide end-user trainings.
