Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced RME Planner/CMMS Administrator at our Huntley, IL location. You will oversee asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory using Infor EAM, driving data-driven decisions to optimize plant performance.

Responsibilities include maintaining PM plans, schedules, and work packages; publishing facility metrics; and training end users on CMMS best practices in a fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits and advancement opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 2-year associate degree or equivalent training in related field.
• 4+ years’ experience with enterprise asset management software (Infor EAM ASE preferred).
• 1-3+ years in maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Experience communicating with peers, hourly associates, and management.
• Data analysis experience in facilities maintenance and asset management.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work in fast-paced team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory in Infor EAM.
• Develop and maintain PM plans, schedules, and work packages.
• Publish PI metrics and interpret data for management.
• Manage WOs: add equipment, schedule due dates, and track status.
• Maintain spare parts metadata: supplier, catalog, min/max, pricing.
• Coach staff on CMMS best practices and provide end-user training.
