Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's C&W Services seeks an experienced RME Planner to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory using Infor EAM at our Stockton, CA location.

The role focuses on data-driven maintenance planning, PM schedule optimization, and parts management. You’ll train end users, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or professional training in business/IS/engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, information systems or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years’ experience with enterprise asset management software (Infor EAM ASE preferred).
• 2+ years’ data analysis in facilities maintenance or asset management.
• User training experience is a plus.
• Must be self-driven, organized and able to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility PI metrics to the management team and interpret data.
• Develop and maintain equipment metadata in EAM with barcoding/identification.
• Maintain WO data, add equipment to PMs, schedules and work packages.
• Create PM plans, schedules, routes and work packages.
• Review WO data accuracy and assist with scheduling and closure of WOs.
• Develop spare parts metadata and manage parts data quality.
• Drive materials management: requisitions, POs, receipts and cycle counts.
• Collaborate to reduce costs and improve parts quality.
• Work with EAM Analysts to roll out new functionality and reporting.
• Provide CMMS end-user training and escalation support.
• Coach staff on CMMS usage and best practices.
