Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks an experienced RME Planner to oversee CMMS administration and asset management at our New Stanton facility. You will manage equipment metadata, PM plans, and spare parts data using Infor EAM, ensuring accurate data, efficient work orders, and cost-conscious planning.

Collaboration with facilities teams and corporate EAM analysts is essential as you drive maintenance planning, materials control, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree or equivalent in related fields; additional training welcomed.
• 1-3+ years in maintenance distribution, manufacturing, or CMMS environments.
• Experience with enterprise asset management software; Infor EAM ASE preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; ability to interpret metrics.

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility KPIs to management; analyze data and recommend actions.
• Maintain equipment metadata: manufacturer, model, serial, system structure in EAM.
• Manage Work Orders: add equipment to PMs, define schedules, ensure closure.
• Develop FC-specific PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages.
• Maintain spare parts metadata: supplier, catalog, pricing, part numbers.
• Oversee material management: requisitions, POs, cycle counts, cost control.
• Train end users on CMMS; provide user support and escalation.
