Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's C&W Services division is seeking an experienced CMMS Administrator to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory using Infor EAM at our Johnston, Arkansas location. The role focuses on data accuracy and process improvement across maintenance operations.

The RME Planner will develop PM plans, maintain WO and equipment data, manage spare parts metadata, and provide end-user training while supporting cost control and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or professional training in a related field; transferable problem-solving skills.
• Experience communicating with peers, hourly associates, and senior management on maintenance, inventory and cost control.
• 4+ years working with enterprise asset management software; Infor EAM ASE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility PI metrics; interpret data and recommend improvements.
• Maintain equipment metadata and WOs data in the CMMS system; ensure accuracy.
• Develop and maintain PM Plans, Schedules, and Work Packages; manage WO data.
• Develop and maintain spare parts metadata; drive materials management and cycle counts.
• Schedule and assign work; manage and close work orders; train end users.
