Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to drive growth of our Industrial business unit. You will identify opportunities, win projects, and grow key client accounts, leading BD, client engagement, and strategic marketing.

You will develop relationships, collaborate with senior PMs and technical specialists, and help deliver high-quality projects while shaping the future of our industrial practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency contingent on duties.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists.
• Collaborate with the technology group to stay at the forefront of tools improving project delivery.
• Implement short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability.
