Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to accelerate growth in the Industrial unit. You will identify new opportunities, win projects, and grow key client accounts across U.S.

industrial markets. You will lead business development, client service management, and strategic marketing for major clients, collaborating with senior PMs and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency contingent on duties.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value client relationships across industrial markets.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists.
• Collaborate with the technology group to leverage advanced tools for project delivery.
• Implement short- and long-term strategies to grow CDM Smith's industrial business.
