CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to help grow our Industrial business unit across the United States. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, winning projects, and expanding key client accounts.

You will lead business development, maintain high-value client relationships, and collaborate with our technology group to improve project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required or equivalent.
• 12 years of related experience in industrial water/wastewater.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required, up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists.
• Collaborate with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery.
• Implement short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability.
