Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to accelerate the growth of our Industrial business unit by identifying promising new opportunities, winning exciting new projects and growing key client accounts.

You will lead business development, engage clients, build high-value relationships, and work with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects across CDM Smith’s client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency depends on duties.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for major industrial clients in the U.S., including hi-tech facilities.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists to deliver high quality projects.
• Collaborate with our award-winning technology group to stay at the forefront of leading-edge tools that improve project delivery for clients.
• Implement short- and long-term strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of CDM Smith.
