DuraServ is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a local California territory, aggressively prospecting, diagnosing client needs, and closing deals. You will partner with technicians to convert maintenance leads into long-term contracts and capital upgrades.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in outside sales, industrial services, construction, or equipment leasing.
• Ability to prospect and close deals independently and manage a territory.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and technical data.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive Territory Prospecting: daily cold calls and site visits to identify opportunities.
• Solution-Based Consulting: diagnose equipment needs and provide custom-engineered solutions.
