Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in outside sales/industrial services
• Proven territory management experience to grow a profitable book
• CRM proficiency with modern sales tools

Responsibilities

• Aggressively prospect territory with daily cold calls and site visits
• Diagnose equipment needs and propose custom dock/door solutions
• Collaborate with service technicians to convert leads into long-term contracts
• Manage pipeline with facility managers, owners, and general contractors
• Create meticulous proposals and ensure safety requirements are met
• Market the brand via social networking, drop-ins and presentations
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract closing
• Provide fast, proactive problem-solving during client disruptions
