You will prospect daily, perform site assessments, craft technically accurate proposals, and close deals with the support of elite service technicians. This role offers uncapped commissions, vehicle allowance, and a strong promotion of performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in outside sales, industrial services, construction, or equipment leasing.
• Proven territory management experience.
• CRM proficiency with ability to manage lead pipelines and technical data using modern sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive Territory Prospecting: Conduct daily boots-on-ground cold calling and site visits to identify opportunities.
• Solution-Based Consulting: Perform site assessments to diagnose equipment needs and provide engineered solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Service Technicians to turn maintenance leads into service contracts and upgrades.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline with facility managers, owners, and contractors.
• Proposal & Quote Management: Create meticulous proposals using CRM, ensuring all specs and safety requirements are met.
• Market Influence: Market the brand within the industrial sector using social networking, drop-ins, and presentations.
• Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire process from initial contact to contract closing.
• Responsive Problem Solving: Act as the primary contact for clients during disruptions with fast, optimistic solutions.
