DuraServ Corp is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative (Outside) in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time, field-based role focuses on owning the territory, prospecting aggressively, and closing deals with industrial clients.

You will diagnose client needs, propose engineered dock and door solutions, and build long-term relationships with facility managers and general contractors while leveraging a CRM to manage opportunities and quotes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience in industrial services or equipment sectors.
• CRM proficiency with pipeline management and data handling.
• Proven ability to grow a territory into a profitable book of business.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive territory prospecting with daily cold calls and site visits to identify opportunities.
• Perform site assessments to diagnose equipment needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with Service Technicians to convert leads into service contracts and upgrades.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline by engaging facility managers and contractors.
• Create accurate proposals and quotes ensuring job specs and safety requirements are met.
• Market our brand through social networking, drop-ins, and professional presentations.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract close.
• Provide fast, optimistic problem-solving during client disruptions.
