Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to handle inbound calls for training courses and Store products. You will act as a consultant, uncover needs, and recommend appropriate trainings and products while processing orders and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales experience in a call center, strong multi-tasking abilities, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a Call Center environment.
• Ability to multi-task across multi-system platforms.
• Strong negotiation and influence skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in trainings or store products.
• Consult with customers to uncover training and product needs.
• Recommend and sell training classes and store products based on needs.
