Job summary

The role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-selling, and accurate data entry. A minimum of one year in sales within a call center, strong communication, and basic MS Office skills are required; high school diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience within a Call Center.
• Ability to effectively multi-task across multi-system platforms.
• Strong Influence and negotiation skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for customers who are interested in training courses or Red Cross Store products.
• Act as consultant to uncover customer training and product needs.
• Recommend and sell training classes and store products based on customer needs.
• Handle credit card transactions and place orders through Sales systems.
• Accurately document and update all cases in Salesforce.
• Upsell Red Cross Store products that complement class enrollment.
• Answer questions and address concerns about classes or products.
• Attain Training revenue of $325K per year and Retail revenue of $80K per year
