Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Telesales Specialist, RSG to drive sales of community training classes and Red Cross Store products. You will handle inbound inquiries, act as a consultative advisor, and close orders using Salesforce and other systems.

We offer an hourly wage with commission incentives and a structured progression path. Candidates should have strong sales, communication, and multi-tasking skills, plus at least a high school diploma and relevant call center experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; higher education a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Proven ability to multi-task across multiple systems and screens.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in training courses or store products.
• Consult to uncover training and product needs and upsell accordingly.
• Process orders and payments; document interactions in Salesforce.
• Aim to achieve Training revenue and Retail revenue targets per year.
