American Red Cross is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to handle inbound calls for training courses and Store products. You will consult with customers, recommend suitable classes and items, and process orders with Salesforce and other systems.

The role emphasizes dollars of training and retail revenue, customer care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience within a call center.
• Ability to multi-task across multi-system platforms.
• Strong influence and negotiation skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for customers interested in training courses or Store products.
• Act as consultant to uncover customer training and retail needs.
• Recommend and sell training classes and Store products based on customer needs.
• Process credit card transactions and place orders through Sales systems.
• Document and update cases with required call information in Salesforce.
• Upsell Store products that complement class enrollment.
• Handle returns, exchanges or cancellations following policies.
• Address customer questions and concerns about classes or products.
• Aim to attain Training revenue of $325K/year and Retail revenue of $80K/year.
