Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at our Texas store. You will assess customer needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents on more complex repairs.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and providing time estimates for next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge and skills through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
