Best Buy in Baytown, Texas is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for technology support at the store. You’ll learn to assess customer needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

You’ll provide friendly service during check-in and checkout, understand issues by asking questions, and help customers decide repair or replacement options, with ongoing training to stay current.

Qualificações

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and providing accurate time estimates
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses
• Communicate and partner with fellow agents
