Jani-King International, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate new client opportunities through outbound calling, lead follow-up, and strategic outreach.

This is a 100% in-office role across assigned markets with base pay plus commission and bonuses. You will engage business leaders, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for outside sales executives, acting as the bridge between initial contact and a successful sales meeting.

Qualifications

• Inside sales or prospecting experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with business decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a structured outreach schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to targeted businesses daily.
• Engage decision-makers, ask discovery questions, and identify opportunities.
• Qualify inbound inquiries, marketing leads, and outbound prospects for sales conversations.
• Schedule qualified meetings for outside sales and document details in CRM.
