American Red Cross is seeking a Telesales Specialist, RSG, to sell community training classes and Store products primarily to individuals (B2C). The role involves handling inbound calls, consulting customers, and achieving revenue targets for training and retail.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage with a commission plan, no annual bonus, and salary alignment to geographic location. Relocation is not offered and Salesforce is used for case documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience within a Call Center
• Ability to multi-task across multi-system platforms
• Strong influence and negotiation skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for training courses or store products.
• Uncover customer training and Red Cross retail product needs
• Recommend and sell Red Cross classes and store products
• Process payments and place orders via Sales systems
• Document all cases with required call information in Salesforce
• Upsell Red Cross Store products that complement class enrollment
• Handle returns, exchanges, or cancellations per policy
• Assist customers and address questions about classes or products
• Aim to reach $325K training revenue and $80K retail revenue annually
