The American Red Cross is seeking a Telesales Specialist, RSG who will sell Red Cross community training registrations and Store products to individuals and small businesses. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling inbound calls, consulting customers, and processing transactions to meet annual revenue targets.

Responsibilities include documenting calls in Salesforce, upselling relevant products, and maintaining high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/GED; higher education a plus.
• 1 year of sales experience in a Call Center environment.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple systems.
• Strong influence and negotiation skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in courses or Store products.
• Act as consultant to uncover training and Red Cross retail product needs.
• Recommend and sell Red Cross training classes and Store products.
• Process credit card transactions and place orders in Sales systems.
• Document and update cases in Salesforce.
• Upsell Store products that complement class enrollment.
• Handle returns, exchanges or cancellations per policy.
• Answer questions about classes or products.
