Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for customers interested in training courses or store products.
• Act as consultant to uncover training and retail product needs.
• Recommend and sell Red Cross classes and store products based on customer needs.
• Process orders and payments through Salesforce and store systems.
• Document calls accurately and update records in the CRM.
• Upsell related products to complement class enrollment.
• Explain policies for returns/exchanges and manage cancellations.
• Aim to meet annual revenue targets for training and retail.
