Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Telesales Specialist, RSG to sell training classes and store products via phone. The role targets B2C sales to individuals and small businesses, using consultative selling to uncover needs and close orders.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, documenting cases in Salesforce, and achieving revenue goals for training and retail. The position offers a competitive hourly wage with commissions and requires at least 1 year of sales call-center

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience in a Call Center (not necessarily B2C).
• Strong influence and negotiation skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for training classes and store products.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate courses or products.
• Process orders and credit card transactions via Sales systems.
• Document all cases with required call information in Salesforce.
• Upsell store products that complement class enrollment.
• Address questions and resolve issues about classes or products.
• Aim to meet annual training revenue of $325K and retail revenue of $80K.
