Job summary

Logicalis is seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to provide 24x7x365 support for customer infrastructure and cloud environments. You will own incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events from initial diagnosis through resolution, combining hands-on administration with clear customer communication and documentation.

The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned practices, runbooks, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of infrastructure or managed services experience in multiple technologies.
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration; identity and access; Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud platforms, backup and recovery, and enterprise storage.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs structured troubleshooting, remediation, maintenance, patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and service enhancements across on‑premises, cloud, virtualization, backup, and storage technologies.
• Owns assigned incidents, requests, problems, changes, project tasks, and monitoring events through resolution.
• Creates, updates, and validates technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles; captures reusable resolutions and suggests automation.
