Job summary

Logicalis is seeking an operations-focused professional to provide 24x7x365 support for customer infrastructure and cloud environments. You will own incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events from diagnosis to resolution, combining hands-on administration with customer communication.

You will document procedures, build runbooks, and pursue continual improvement, applying ITIL practices and coordinating with teams to minimize impact and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of infrastructure or managed services experience in multiple technologies.
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration; identity and access management; Azure and Microsoft 365; virtualization and cloud platforms; backup and recovery.
• Windows Server administration of currently supported versions; Active Directory; PowerShell; automation and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, remediate, patch, upgrade, and change configurations across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Own incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events through resolution with clear communication.
• Create, update, and validate technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles; capture reusable resolutions.
