Job summary

Logicalis is seeking a hands-on infrastructure support professional to join its 24x7x365 operations team. You will own incidents, requests, and changes across on‑prem and cloud environments, ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and proactive communication with customers.

You will also create and refine runbooks, support knowledge articles, and seek opportunities to automate repetitive tasks while expanding your knowledge of new technologies and service definitions.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of infrastructure or managed services experience across multiple technologies.
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration, identity and access controls, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change management practices.
• Proficient in PowerShell and automation scripting.
• Knowledge of backup/recovery and enterprise storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, remediate, patch, upgrade, and change configurations across on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Own incidents, requests, problems, and changes through resolution with clear customer updates.
• Document runbooks, knowledge articles and troubleshooting standards; identify gaps for automation.
• Maintain knowledge of supported services and adhere to SLAs and procedures.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews to drive improvements.
