Job summary

Logicalis is seeking an IT Operations professional to provide 24x7x365 support for customer infrastructure and cloud environments. You will own incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events from initial diagnosis through resolution, combining hands-on administration with customer communication and accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned practices, proactive problem management, and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of infrastructure or managed services experience.
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration, and cloud or virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL-aligned service management processes and documentation.
• Proficiency with PowerShell or similar automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs structured troubleshooting, remediation, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Owns incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events through resolution.
• Maintains documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles; captures reusable resolutions.
• Applies ITIL practices and participates in root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Keeps knowledge current and applies new tools and methods as practiced by the team.
