Qualifications

• Two or more years of infrastructure or managed services experience in multiple technologies.
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and modern service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, remediate, patch, upgrade, and change configurations across on‑premises, cloud, virtualization, backup, and storage.
• Own incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events from initial diagnosis to resolution, with clear customer communications.
• Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting standards; identify gaps and suggest automation where possible.
• Stay current with technologies and participate in post‑incident reviews; contribute to problem management and continuous improvement.
