You will own incidents, requests, problems, and changes from initial diagnosis through resolution, while maintaining clear customer communication and thorough documentation.

The role blends hands-on administration with proactive improvements, including runbooks, knowledge articles, and automation where applicable.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of infrastructure or managed services experience in multiple technologies.
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration, Active Directory, PowerShell, virtualization and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational support for customer infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Owns incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events through resolution.
• Creates and updates technical documentation and runbooks; contributes to knowledge articles and standard troubleshooting approaches.
• Applies ITIL-aligned incident, request, problem, change, and knowledge management practices; participates in root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
