Job summary

Logicalis is seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to support customer environments in a 24x7 operations setup. You will manage incidents, changes, and requests from initial diagnosis to resolution, while maintaining clear customer communication and documentation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting across on‑premises and cloud platforms, contributing to post‑incident reviews, and improving automation and standardized runbooks for efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of infrastructure or managed services experience in multiple technologies.
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration; identity and access management.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365; virtualization and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Performs structured troubleshooting, remediation, maintenance, patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and service enhancements across on‑premises, cloud, virtualization, backup, and storage technologies.
• Owns assigned incidents, requests, problems, changes, project tasks, and monitoring events through resolution and escalation as needed.
• Creates, updates, and validates technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting standards.
• Maintains current knowledge of supported service offerings and applicable service-level commitments.
• Applies ITIL‑aligned incident, request, problem, change, and knowledge management practices with proper documentation and communication.
