Job summary

Logicalis is seeking an IT Operations professional to provide 24x7x365 operational support for customer infrastructure and cloud environments. You will own technical work across incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events from initial diagnosis through resolution, combining hands-on administration with proactive customer communication.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of infrastructure or managed services experience in multiple technologies, with proficiency in at least two technology domains.
• Experience in Windows and Linux administration, identity and access, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, virtualization and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL-aligned incident, request, problem, change, knowledge, and major-incident practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs structured troubleshooting, remediation, maintenance, patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and service enhancements across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Owns incidents, requests, problems, changes, project tasks, and monitoring events through resolution and escalation as needed.
• Creates and updates technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting standards, and identifies automation opportunities.
