Job summary

Logicalis is seeking a hands-on IT Operations professional to join its 24x7x365 team in the United States. You will own incidents, requests, changes, and monitoring events from diagnosis through resolution, balancing technical work with clear customer communication and documentation.

You'll contribute to service improvement, adhere to ITIL practices, and maintain up-to-date knowledge across on-premises and cloud environments, virtualization, backups, and storage technologies.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of infrastructure or managed services experience in multiple technologies.
• Windows Server administration and Active Directory
• Virtualization and cloud platforms experience
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management practices
• Proficient in documenting and creating runbooks and standard procedures

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and remediate incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Coordinate resolution with appropriate teams and maintain clear customer-facing updates throughout the lifecycle.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles; identify gaps and opportunities for automation.
• Apply ITIL-aligned practices and participate in root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of supported services and adhere to service-level commitments.
