Job summary

Logicalis is seeking an operations-focused professional to support customer infrastructure and cloud environments within a 24x7x365 team. You will own incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events from diagnosis to resolution, combining hands-on admin work with clear customer communications and documentation.

You will manage runbooks, capture reusable resolutions, and promote automation where possible while maintaining service levels and post-incident reviews.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of infrastructure or managed services experience across multiple technologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least two technology domains and working knowledge of adjacent domains.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned incident, request, problem, change, and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Performs structured troubleshooting, remediation, maintenance, patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and service enhancements across on-premises, cloud, virtualization, backup, and storage technologies.
• Owns assigned incidents, requests, problems, changes, project tasks, and monitoring events through resolution and escalation.
• Creates, updates, and validates technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting standards.
