Job summary
Logicalis is seeking an experienced operations professional to provide 24x7x365 support for customer infrastructure and cloud environments. You will own incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring events from diagnosis to resolution, combining hands-on administration with clear customer communication and thorough documentation.

Qualifications
- Two or more years of infrastructure or managed services experience in multiple technologies.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration; IAM; Azure and M365; virtualization/cloud platforms.
- Experience with backup and recovery platforms.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, remediate, patch, upgrade, and configure across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Own incidents, requests, problems, changes, and monitoring tasks through resolution.
- Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting standards.
- Document impact, actions, and outcomes; participate in post-incident reviews.
- Maintain knowledge of supported services and SLAs; pursue automation where feasible.
