Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team. You will be the single point of contact for a hyperscale account, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering world-class service through independent judgment and data-driven insights.

You will lead client relationships, drive operational execution, interpret MSAs/SOWs, and oversee vendors, while coordinating financial reporting and monthly invoicing to Finance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client relationships and driving program execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prioritize multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships as primary contact and communicate SLAs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure asset processing and reconciliation.
• Interpret MSAs/SOWs, scope projects, and oversee vendors for warranty and disposal.
• Compile data for QBRs, manage monthly invoicing, and produce settlement reports.
