Job summary

Flourish, a fast-growing technology company, seeks an SDR to drive pipeline growth by identifying prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for the sales team.

You’ll engage with organisations aiming to modernise IT and security operations, building value for a platform that combines endpoint management, security, and identity solutions. This role offers growth into AE/CS and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 6+ months' experience in SDR/BDR or similar in B2B SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Target-driven with a desire to learn and grow.
• Experience using sales engagement tools like HubSpot, Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage target accounts via outbound channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Schedule and support discovery meetings with prospects.
• Deliver introductions to the platform and its value proposition.
• Maintain records of activities, contacts, and opportunities in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve messaging.
