Numeral is hiring SDRs to drive outbound pipeline across Enterprise, Commercial, and SaaS segments. This foundational role sits on a growing 12-person team, and no prior sales experience is required—just hustle and a competitive spirit.

The role is hybrid and based in Austin, with a plan to ramp quickly: expect high activity, a mix of calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, and close collaboration with AEs to build pipeline and refine discovery skills.

Qualifications

• Outbound hustle or experience in any field with a track record of drive.
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate with teammates.
• Willingness to chase meetings and build pipeline without prior sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting: ~500 dials, ~400 emails, ~100 LinkedIn connects per week.
• Run a channel mix of ~40% call / 40% email / 20% LinkedIn.
• Book qualified meetings against a quarterly quota.
• Partner with AE to build pipeline and sharpen discovery skills.
• Ramp fast: meet targets by day 90 and sustain activity.
