Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive sales revenue. This role includes uncapped commission earnings and a first-year compensation plan ranging from $55,000 to $95,000, along with medical, dental, life, disability insurance, a 401k, and a deferred compensation plan.

Responsibilities include relationship management, cold calling, territory planning, product knowledge delivery, achieving sales

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area and meet with customers.
• Must comply with required insurance coverage minimums.
• Acceptance of Employment Agreement terms as provided.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory to understand business needs.
• Perform cold calls and prospecting to grow the customer base.
• Plan weekly activities to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to showcase value and quality.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales quotas through the company’s sales programs.
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity records in company systems.
