Job summary

Kimball Midwest is hiring a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and generate sales revenue in a designated territory.

You will manage a territory, prospect new clients, and achieve sales goals with an uncapped commission structure. First-year compensation ranges from $55,000 to $95,000, plus medical, dental, life and disability insurance, a 401k, and a deferred compensation plan.

Qualifications

• The ability to travel to customer locations and meetings within the assigned territory.
• Use of a personal device compliant with BYOD policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit(s).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly routes to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to customers to show value and quality of offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas following company programs and training.
• Maintain records of daily sales activities in company systems.
