The position offers uncapped commissions and a 1st-year compensation range of $55,000–$95,000, plus benefits including medical, dental, life and 401k. You will manage relationships, prospect new clients, and meet sales goals while using our sales processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to potential customers and explain value and quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through our sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in our systems.
