Qualifications

• Ability to travel within designated territory and maintain required insurance coverage.
• Use of personal electronic device per BYOD policy.
• Execution of Employment Agreement as provided to the associate.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Grow book of business by contacting potential customers in the territory.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly activity to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and highlight quality, including American-made focus.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through company programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in our systems.
