Job summary

Strive Health in Raleigh, NC seeks a Sr. Network Engagement Partner to manage external provider and network relationships in contracted markets, with a focus on CKD/ESRD care quality and continuity. You will develop provider outreach strategies, analyze utilization data, and drive engagement across practices while traveling as needed.

The role reports to the Sr. Manager, Network Engagement, and offers hybrid-remote work with a competitive salary plus bonus, benefits, and 401k match.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
8+ years combined of related education, experience, or certification.
Ability to travel across an assigned region to meet business needs.
Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down).

Responsibilities

Establishes consistent relationships with provider groups and completes provider orientation.
Analyzes utilization, claims, demographics to outline a network strategy.
Develops provider outreach to reduce total cost of care.
Reviews data with provider groups to drive process improvement.
Travels to meet internal/external stakeholders as needed.
