American Family Insurance is hiring for a role focused on processing renewal and licensing applications and maintaining producer licenses. The position requires coordinating appointments, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring compliance across licensing activities in a hybrid environment.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Agency Field Support Distribution. Candidates should reside within reasonable distance of listed office locations and be prepared for 10 hybrid in-office days per

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer-driven solutions or services.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• Strong knowledge of legislative and regulatory insurance licensing processes.
• Knowledge of querying, analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Processes producer new and renewal licensing applications on behalf of the producer for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitors producer licensing mailbox for communication requiring responses or follow-up.
• Maintains licensing database and references updates for licensing information.
• Processes company appointments into the system and confirms compliance requirements.
• Reviews legislation, bulletins, and regulations to determine impact and advisories for the department manager.
• Orders and reviews reports to ensure timely and compliant licensing activities.
• Monitors and communicates license renewal reminders and ensures invoicing is timely.
