Qualifications

• Experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Access.
• Solid knowledge of legislative and regulatory insurance licensing processes.
• Knowledge of querying, analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Process producer new and renewal licensing applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain licensing mailbox and respond to communications; protect confidentiality.
• Maintain licensing database and share updates for accuracy.
• Process company appointments and confirm state-specific licensing requirements.
• Review legislation and regulations to assess impact on licensing procedures.
• Produce and review reports; ensure compliance in licensing activities.
• Monitor license renewal reminders and ensure timely invoice payments.
