Job summary

American Family Insurance Agency Staff seeks a detail-oriented licensing coordinator to manage producer licenses, renewals, and appointments in a hybrid role. You will ensure compliance with state and federal rules, monitor licensing communications, and maintain licensing databases from the office or remotely.

This position offers hourly pay between $25.00 and $31.88, relocation support for eligible candidates, and requires residence within commuting distance of one of the listed office

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Solid knowledge of legislative and regulatory insurance licensing processes.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of querying, analysis and reporting tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.

Responsibilities

• Process producer licensing applications for accuracy and completeness; maintain licenses.
• Monitor licensing mailbox and communicate status of applications and renewals.
• Maintain licensing database and review updates needed for accuracy.
• Process company appointments and confirm state licensing requirements.
