Job summary

American Family Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented licensing coordinator in a hybrid role. You will manage producer licensing renewals, maintain records, coordinate appointments, and monitor regulatory changes impacting licensing procedures.

The position reports to the Senior Manager of Agency Field Support Distribution and supports multiple office locations with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include processing license applications, maintaining databases, communicating with

Qualifications

Customer-driven solutions experience.
Solid knowledge of legislative and regulatory licensing processes.
Experience with querying, analysis and reporting tools.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Access).

Responsibilities

Process producer licensing applications for accuracy and completeness.
Monitor licensing mailbox and communicate status of applications/ renewals.
Maintain licensing database and reference required updates.
Process company appointments into the system and ensure compliance requirements.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on licensing procedures.
Review reports and ensure timely, compliant licensing activities.
Track license renewal reminders and ensure payments and reconciliations are done.
