Job summary

American Family Insurance Agency Staff is seeking a licensing administrator to ensure timely processing of producer licenses and renewals while coordinating appointments and renewals in a hybrid work model. You will report to the Senior Manager of Agency Field Support Distribution.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, accurate licensing records, and proactive communication with stakeholders across state regulations and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Solid knowledge of legislative and regulatory insurance licensing processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
• Experience with querying, analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Processes producer new and renewal licensing applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitors licensing mailbox and communicates status of applications and renewals.
• Maintains licensing database and references updates for licenseholders.
• Processes company appointments and ensures compliance requirements.
• Reviews regulations and informs department on licensing impacts.
• Orders and reviews reports and ensures timely, compliant procedures.
• Monitors license renewal reminders and processes invoice payments.
