Job summary

American Family Insurance is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage renewal and licensing applications, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and coordinate producer appointments. This hybrid role requires keeping licensing records up to date and communicating status to stakeholders.

You will monitor licensing mailboxes, maintain databases, and stay ahead of regulatory changes while supporting the department with accurate licensing activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Access.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of legislative and regulatory insurance licensing processes.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of querying, analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Processes producer new and renewal licensing applications on behalf of the producer for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitors producer licensing mailbox for communication requiring responses or follow-up and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Maintains licensing database and references necessary updates for licensed producers.
• Processes company appointments into the system and confirms state-specific licensing requirements.
